Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns
We offer returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you’re not happy with your Wireless Fluid Level Controller, you can return it under the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging).
- The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must not have been tampered with or altered in any way.

2. Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued, minus any shipping costs.
- Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your Wireless Fluid Level Controller is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will provide a free return shipping label and a full refund or replacement.
- Please provide photos or videos of the damaged or defective item to help us process your claim faster.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged. This includes any product that has been installed or used in a working environment.
5. How to Return Your Product

- You’ll receive instructions on how to ship your product back to us
- Securely pack your product in its original packaging and ship it back.
- Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
6. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your product for a different one, please return the item and place a new order.
