Warranty Policy

Our Warranty covers a One Year Replacement Guarantee for your controllers only. If a customer experiences and reports any problem within 06 Months of purchasing our controller, if we notice any manufacturing defect or machine parts defect, we immediately replace the defective controller with a new controller. If immediate replacement is not possible due to stock availability, rest assured, we will get your replacement done in no time.

Exclusions:

  • Reinstallation or Replacement of Sensor Module.

Charges may apply for any required rearrangement, reinstallation, or replacement of the sensor module

  • Issues due to Breaking or Burning:

Any issues related to breaking or burning are not covered under warranty and will be chargeable.

  • Our FREE support covers under Warranty periods

Repairs or replacements covered under warranty will be carried out at no cost during the 06 months period.

Claim Process:

  • To claim warranty service for covered components, customers must have a GST invoice for proof of purchase and show the full details of the problem. If neither of these are present, the warranty will not be accepted.

Exemption from Warranty:

  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, mishandling, modification, or unauthorized repairs to the product.

Limitation of Liability:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Maintaining Customer Relationship:

  • We always aim to uphold a positive relationship with our valued customers. We believe in mutual cooperation to achieve the best outcomes. However, any instance of undue harassment or misconduct towards our representatives will lead to immediate termination of the warranty service contract and blacklisting of the customer. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

NOTE: Although our product is durable. An electronic device naturally depreciates, Even post-warranty, any problem with the product is efficiently repaired at a nominal charge.
